Dr. Weprin is a board-certified ob/gyn with over 20 years in clinical practice.
He is a graduate of the Ohio State University Medical School, where he
completed his residency. Dr. Weprin has held several academic appointments at
Wright State University, including Director of Student Clerkships, Director of
Urogynecologic Clinic, and an Associate Clinic Professorship, which
he held from 1986 until 2000. He is a member of the American College of
Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Fertility Society, American Medical
Association, and American College of Physician Executives. Recognized as an
authority on single-specialty capitation, Dr. Weprin has published and
presented widely over the last 10 years. In addition to his
responsibilities at OGM, Dr. Weprin continues his private practice in
partnership with Dr. James Huey.

james huey, md
chief medical officer
Dr. Huey is a board-certified ob/gyn with over 20 years experience in clinical
practice. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Medical School, and
completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the United States Air
Force Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California. Dr. Huey later
completed a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Southern
California. Dr. Huey has held academic appointments at the University of
Nebraska, Creighton University, Wright State University, and the University of
Southern California. Among his professional affiliations, Dr. Huey is a Fellow
of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the
American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, American Medical Association, and
American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Huey has published extensively,
including a recent article in Clinics for Obstetrics and Gynecology on
preparing ob/gyn providers for capitation. His research interests include
regionalization of perinatal services, computerization of perinatal records,
development of clinical practice guidelines for obstetrics, and uterine
activity evaluation. In addition, to his responsibilities at OGM, Dr. Huey
continues his private practice in Dayton, Ohio.

cindy flohre
vice president of claims
Cindy Flohre joined OGM in 1998. Her prior experience includes management of
billing and collections at several physician groups in southwest Ohio. Cindy is
a leading authority on medical coding and billing in the ob/gyn specialty. At
OGM, Cindy is in regular contact with Office Managers and other staff among our
contracted physician groups. She brings extensive physician practice management
experience to the company.
